The spa complex access was great, with access to the pool and facilities all day. it was quieter than other parts of the resort, and relaxing with the adults-only area. staff members assisted professionally, providing water and juice, and scheduling spa treatments. rehan restaurant provided dinner nightly, and blu mediterranean offered lunch. Both were excellent.

this hotel rooms are big! our ishtar terrace room had so much space to move around. the pools were open late and it was very cool to swim when it was so hot. staff is so nice. special shoutout to muhammad akran who helped us with everything in our room!
the ac was broken! it was so hot and stuffy in the room. i did open the patio but it only helped a little.

The breakfast buffet had diverse options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit station and the selection of local cheeses. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The equipment was modern and well maintained. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. The water was clean and refreshing. I also liked the complimentary mud and salt applications at the beach.
The room decor seemed outdated, with orange and red accents. The style reminded me of it came from the seventies. The room was not updated. I found some of the staff to be unhelpful. They seemed a little rude compared to other places I visited.
